This article seems a little half-hearted.

When you refer to there being no current sports stars living in wimbledon, I take it that this doesn’t refer to the village? As it is well documented that many Tennis players (including Boris Becker) live there, along with many of the Chelsea and Fulham football players.

(Michael Ballack was recently in the Times talking about his love of London and in particular - Wimbledon, pictured sat outside Roots grocery in the village)

I also know of a ex-England rugby players who lives in South Wimbledon and has done so for years.

More research needed next time!

I’ve never seen pics of Cirstea until I saw the news of her country upsetting Australia in the Hopman Cup. She looks a little more filled out in the new pics than in these.
