If you are a player, official, sponsor, TV crew, commentator or a spectator  looking to rent a flat or house during the Wimbledon tennis championships then you should contact one of the following agencies. These are specialist companies that arrange short-term rentals of providing property within walking distance of the All-England Tennis Club in Church Road, SW19. Typically the maximum walking time is twenty minutes.

Properties range from one bedroom flats to eight bedroom houses and rents vary accordingly from about £750 per week to well over £4,000 per week. Minimum stay is normally two weeks although some landlords will agree to ten nights.

Due to the very high return rate of visitors during the Championships flats in Wimbledon tend to be rented well in advance so make sure you confirm your booking early. .
